The Luma community will emphasize the experiences and lifetimes of its residents. Palm prints have head, hand, health, and life lines- the core elements to this community. Throughout each section hints of color are used for wayfinding and as visual guides to align with the categorized elements. Lighting moves residents throughout the space while promoting community engagement and mindfulness. Visual pathways for daylighting and views connecting communal spaces will promote the use of each area along with the health and wellbeing of its residents.
